Fennel and Cinnamon Tea Recipe

It was on a school trip to London many years ago that I first had a taste of chai tea. Those sweet smelling aromas of the spices was a completely new experience from the tea I was used to drinking. Ever since then, I’ve been a fan of this type of tea. Normally when I feel sick/bloated or stressed chai tea is what I reach for, as it appears to calm me down and aid my stomach ailments.

Sounds lovely. I have a favourite fennel, nettle and mint tea so think I’d like this one. Also – teacup envy! xx

Oh I keep meaning to try nettle. You’ve reminded me. The teacups used to belong to my parents. I’ve managed to keep them in good nick!

This looks lovely – I drank lots of fennel tea when I started breastfeeding as it’s supposed to be good for supply. I never thought of adding cinammon though. Yum.

Thanks. I heard it was good for when breastfeeding as well. I find it helps with bloating.
