My New Camera Bag: Koolertron
Long before blogging I was quite into photography. I was never a pro but I had the basic understanding of how it worked. My camera was 3.2 megapixels, which I remember was pretty good at the time. I took pictures mainly of the countryside and buildings (forests and churches/graveyards were faves). It was after my camera suddenly stopped working that I lost interest and moved on to different things. Since I’ve started blogging, I’ve developed a renewed interest in photography. For Christmas I was lucky enough to get a Canon EOS 1200D. Straight away I knew it called for a stylish bag, that would be both easy to carry around and big enough to hold a few extra essentials. Plus, I love bags in general and the standard Canon bags just aren’t pretty enough!
The one that stole my heart is a Koolertron vintage canvas style bag, which I promptly purchased from Amazon. I really like the colour and the size. It’s got three pockets inside, two on the front and one on the back. There’s plenty of space for my camera, lenses, spare battery and other essentials: phone; purse; notebook or iPad/Kindle. I like that you can have the option of removing the inner compartment and just use it as a regular bag. It’s quite lightweight and comfortable on your shoulder, as the straps are adjustable and have extra padding. It’s supposedly waterproof but not sure I would trust that! I’ll probably buy a rain cover at some point in the future.
I’m really happy with this bag and I can’t wait to get snapping some more pictures (and hopefully improve my photography skills!).
What camera bag are you using at the moment? Perhaps you use more than one?
