Berries, Oranges, Bananas! Two Breakfast Smoothies

In the summer time when the weather is fine, i’ve got smoothies, i’ve got smoothies on my mind!
 
Hello folks! 
 
Today’s post is about two smoothies I’ve been loving recently. They are so refreshing, tasty and easy to make!
 
The first one is berry based. I love blueberries in my cereal so thought I would make a smoothie instead. Blueberries are said to be good for your skin as they contain a great source of antioxidants and anti inflammatory, keep those early signs of aging at bay!

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  2. 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  3. 1/2 frozen banana
  4. 1/2 teaspoon of vanila extract
  5. 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Serve immediately.

The second one is orange based. I love oranges at breakfast time and I think this us just perfect for that morning energy boost!

  1. 4 oranges
  2. 2 bananas
  3. 1/3 almond milk
  4. 1 cup of ice
  5. 1 teaspoon vanila extract
  6. 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
